In Susan’s nearly two decades working with non-profit organizations – from small startups to well-established institutions – she has provided them with technical and strategic fundraising counsel and training. In addition, she has extensive fundraising experience with capital campaigns, annual drives, and other development initiatives.

Susan evaluates and analyzes an entity’s current development practices, and then recommends appropriate changes. With improved efficiencies in data gathering, recording and retrieval, the development staff can use the data to grow the donor pool and to strengthen relationships between existing donors and the organization. Susan directs non-profit organizations to establish processes and procedures that provide short- and long-term development benefits.

Susan has provided development and fundraising expertise to a wide array of non-profit organizations, including social service agencies, schools, and arts organizations. By sharing her knowledge of and passion for marrying the data and the donor relations strategy, she assists organizations with their database needs, including conversion, training, analysis, reporting, and daily best practices.

Originally from New Jersey and now a Rhode Island resident, Susan earned her undergraduate degree magna cum laude from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs
